SYSTEM FOR INFORMATION DUPLEX TRANSMISSION USING A TWO-WIRE COMMUNICATION LINE

The inventive system comprises devices (1, 2) interconnected by means of a communications line. Transformers (8) are used for galvanically insulating the devices from the communications line. Transmissible signals (TX) are encoded by an encoder (5). Frequency-response equalisation devices (12) restore the amplitude and form of signals distorted by the communication line. A decoder (13) is embodied according to a circuit using the analogue filtration of decodable signals. Said system is used for building synchronous or asynchronous communication channels in information acquisition and processing systems between a central station and remote terminals. The remote device is power supplied from the central station by means of the communication line. The length of the communication line can be of 3000m and more.
