摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-active carried catalyst; a manufacturing method of the carried catalyst; a membrane-electrode assembly; and a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: This carried catalyst is characterized by including a conductive carrier, and catalyst particles which are supported on the conductive carrier and have a composition represented by formula (1), and in which an area of a peak by a metal bond of an element T is 15% or more of an area of a peak by an oxygen bond of the element T in a spectrum obtained by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic method (XPS).
