<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a good toner image on a paper sheet without using an expensive heater, while suppressing energy consumption. <P>SOLUTION: At a time T6 when the trailing end of a first paper sheet P is detected by an ejection switch 800, a heat roller 141 is rotated by a conveyance control part 601 at a second speed lower than a paper conveying speed so as to prevent the temperature of a pressure roller 142 from lowering during a conveyance standby time I1. At a time T9 after a lapse of prescribed conveyance standby time I1 from the time T6, the heat roller 141 is rotated by the conveyance control part 601 at the paper conveying speed, then, the temperature of the pressure roller 142 is increased up to a fixation temperature at the toner image fixation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
