PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly satchel cover facilitating to print a crime prevention buzzer carrying display on a cover face, eliminating the color migration and conveniently installed. SOLUTION: Covering faces for covering the outside face of a crown 12 of the satchel are formed of an overlapped sheet, in which the front side has a polyvinyl chloride-based synthetic resin sheet 2 and the back side has an olefin-based synthetic sheet 1, the circumferential edges of the overlapped sheet are sewn with hem clothes 7 and 8, the back side has no printing, the back-side lower part is formed with a pocket part by overlapping the same material sheet thereon, the pocket is so formed as to insert the end part of a flap, and the front-side sheet is largely displayed with a pattern imaging a crime prevention buzzer and an attention attracting description.
