PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a PC steel bar, surely preventing jumping of a broken PC steel bar without adding a member such as a steel plate or an aramid fiber sheet on the surface of a PC structure, thereby preventing a drop of a broken piece of concrete. SOLUTION: At the fixed end side and the tensed end side of the PC steel bar 1, the outer peripheral part of an anchor member like an anchor Glocke 2 is provided with a band-like projecting part 10 projected outward in the radial direction, a jump preventing plate 12 is fixed to the tensed end side opposite to the PC steel bar end face by an anchor bolt fixed to the anchor member, and the fixed end side is provided with a fixing nut 6 abutting on the fixed end side of the anchor member and a jumping preventing nut 14 engaged with the PC steel bar 1 and abutting on the tensed end side of the anchor member.
