PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for transferring a transfer coating film, in which every users having low level of skill can simply transfer a desired shape to a desired place and the coating film can be used plural times and to provide a sheet used for the method. SOLUTION: The method for transferring a transfer coating film comprises putting a sheet S, having at least one hole H having a specific shape, in which mold release treatment is applied to surface part other than the hole H, on a body P to be transferred and transferring the transfer coating film to the body P to be transferred by a coating film-transferring means from above the surface of the sheet S to transfer the coating film in a specific shape. In the sheet S for transfer used for the transfer method, mold release treatment is applied to the surface of a transparent plastic film and at least one hole H having a specific shape is formed.
