PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game server, a game machine and a method of managing games, allowing a player to comfortably play a game while retaining the amusement of the game, by which a problem of reduction of customers can be solved. SOLUTION: The game machine has a means for detecting the change of the player to manage the quantity of accumulated consumption of credits in each game machine for each player. When the quantity of accumulated consumption of credits consumed by a player reaches a prescribed upper limit value, the player will be given a return, and the prescribed upper limit value will be appropriately changed.
