PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device for a game machine, which has few components and capable of preventing a fraudulent unlocking with a fraudulent appliance such as a wire with simple structure. SOLUTION: An engagement hole 11 for engaging a first engagement projection 8a provided in a cam member 8 in unlocking and locking is provided in a sliding rod 6, and the first engagement projection 8a of the cam member 8 is fitted in the engagement hole 11. In the locked state, the turning of a lock shaft 7b of a cylinder lock 7 is prevented and the first engagement projection 8a of the cam member 8 is fitted in the engagement hole 11 to prevent the movement of the sliding rod 6. When locking by closing a front frame 21, a key is inserted into the cylinder lock 7 to release the locking of the lock shaft 7b of the cylinder lock 7 and make the came member into a turnable state, and the sliding rod 6 and piece parts 4 and 5 are slid to lock.
