Provided is a battery driving device by which a time when a battery (secondary battery) can be used is extended. A battery control section (220) mounted on a battery driving device (200) stores a threshold voltage (Vth), and based on a current battery voltage (V) and the voltage threshold value (Vth), the battery control section detects generation of voltage drop directly after discharge of a fully charged battery. When the rapid voltage drop is detected, the battery control section controls the load applied on the battery to be reduced.
