LUMINESCENT PIGMENT COMPOSITION FOR HUMAN SKIN HAVING HIGH LUMINESCENCE, LONG AFTERGLOW TIME, HIGH WATER-RESISTANCE AND HIGH SHAPE STABILITY

A luminescent pigment composition is provided to ensure high afterglow brightness, long afterglow time, high water resistance, and high shape stability after coating, be free of toxicity, and be usable as body paints. A luminescent pigment composition includes 15.0-40.0wt% of a binder resin, 15.0-25.0wt% of a luminescent pigment, 0.1-5.0wt% of a thickener, 25.0-45.0wt% of a shape stabilizer, and the balance of water. The binder resin is at least one selected from the group consisting of poly(vinylpyrrolidone-vinylalcohol) copolymers, polyvinylalcohol resins, copolymers of acrylic acid and methyl (meth)acrylate, and arabic gums. The luminescent pigment is a chemically surface-treated luminescent pigment having water resistance.
