A payment service supply device in a mobile communication system and a method are provided to supply a payment service between portable terminals by using previously defined facility messages, thus credit payment between the terminals is available by using an existing service network only. A sending terminal(300) transmits a message which demands credit payment to a credit payment network(302). The network(302) transmits a message which demands information on credit payment(312). The sending terminal(300) inputs payment information to send the information to the network(302). The network(302) confirms whether the received information is correct(316), and transmits information on more than one payment method(318). The sending terminal(300) selects one of the payment methods, and transmits a message which approves of credit payment(320).
