<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain airbag device capable of more quickly and certainly inflating/deploying a bag body. <P>SOLUTION: The curtain airbag device is provided with the bag body stored in an inner side of a head lining arranged on a window upper edge of the vehicle and inflated/deployed from a lower end of the head lining toward the inside of the vehicle at operation; a gas feeding device for feeding an inflation gas to the bag body; and an airbag bracket having a seat surface placed with the bag body and retaining the bag body. Further, the airbag bracket is provided with a stopper abutted with the lower end of the head lining, restricting a position of the head lining relative to the airbag bracket, contacted with an inner surface of a pillar trim covering an inner side of a cabin of a vehicle body pillar and restricting a position of the pillar trim relative to the airbag bracket. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
