<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass fiber-reinforced composite material having low permittivity and dielectric loss tangent, high adhesion with a metal, a low coefficient of thermal expansion and high mechanical strength; a method of manufacturing the glass fiber-reinforced composite material with good productivity; and a printed circuit board having high signal transmission speed, low transmission loss, suppressing peeling of a conductor layer and plating, having a low thermal expansion coefficient, and high mechanical strength. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention provides a glass fiber-reinforced composite material 10 containing a fluorine-containing copolymer (F)12 having (a) 50-99.89 mol% of a repeating unit based on tetrafluoroethylene, etc., (b) 0.1-49.99 mol% of a repeating unit based on a fluorine monomer, and (c) 0.01-5 mol% of a repeating unit based on a monomer having an acid anhydride residue, and a glass fiber (G)14. A printed circuit board 20 having an electric insulation layer (A)22 made of the glass fiber-reinforced composite material 10, and a conductive layer (B)24 is also provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
