PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination of a new shape of a log material and an airtight component, which saves the used amount of lumber, prevents a deterioration in heat insulating properties, has proper durability, facilitates assembly, and improves sealing work for preventing the intrusion of raindrops. SOLUTION: The wedge-shaped log materials 1 with a trapezoidal upper end are heaped up; a supporting groove 2 is provided in the center of an upper part of a trapezoid; a water guard groove 3 is provided in the center of a lower downward fitting groove; the wedge-shaped log material 1, which has a water guard piece 4 fitted into the supporting groove 2, is fitted into the wedge-shaped log material of the same type when the wedge-shaped log material of the same type is stacked from above, so that an upper part of the water guard piece 4 can be inserted into the fitting groove. The water guard piece 4 brings about firm durability against a sideways force imposed on the fitting groove. This fitting makes wind and rain hardly penetrate the inside by virtue of the water guard piece 4, even if the wind and the rain blow from a lateral direction. The wedge-shaped log materials 1 are assembled so as to perfectly prevent the penetration of the water by means of the water guard piece 4 and exert the effect of increasing strength against sideways pressing pressure.
