PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition which gives cured products having low elastic modulus and excellent in restorability, after deformed, and has a suitable viscosity enabling to be used for printing and the like, and to provide a cured product thereof. SOLUTION: This active energy ray-curable resin composition is characterized by comprising a polymer (component A) prepared by epoxidizing a polyolefin-polyisoprene block copolymer, an oxetane compound (component B) represented by formula (1) (R<SP>1</SP>is an optionally branched 6 to 30C alkyl group or phenyl group substituted with an optionally branched 4 to 10C alkyl group;R<SP>2</SP>is H or an optionally branched 1 to 6C alkyl), and a photocation polymerization initiator (component X). The active energy ray-curable resin composition is characterized in that the dynamic viscoelasticity physical values of a cured product at 25°C and at 1 Hz are a storage elastic modulus (G') of≤10<SP>5</SP>Pa and a tanδof≤0.1.
