PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam composition for the pretreatment of medical instruments. SOLUTION: The composition of a foam for the pretreatment of medical instruments includes hydrogen peroxide in the range of 0.1-15 wt.%, a surfactant in the range of 0.5-20 wt.%, and a foam boosting agent comprising a silicone of 0.1-10 wt.%.
