PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify the fact to a user of the printing origin about an uncollected printed paper after printing by a printer. SOLUTION: When a paper with an IC tag embedded is printed, a user ID of the printing origin user, a printing time and an ID of the IC tag embedded in the paper are recorded. The ID of the IC tag of the printed paper is read by a paper tray or the like where the printed paper is placed after printed. By comparing the read ID with the previous record, for the paper left remaining on the paper tray or the like after printing, the fact that the printed paper is uncollected is notified to the printing origin user.
