A seal for sealing an opening of an at least partially fluid-filled container, in particular of a cooling device, has a sealing body (1) with an inner zone (2) and an outer zone (3). The sealing body (1) is designed in such a way that it can be crossed by an object (4) and is made at least in part of an elastic material. In order to ensure secure operation with an economic construction and good quality of the extruded product, the sealing body (1) has at least one reinforcement element (5) which substantially extends from the inner zone (2) to the outer zone (3).
