A compressor (70) with an integrated expander comprises a closed container (1), an expansion mechanism (4) so disposed in the closed container (1) that the circumference thereof is filled with an oil (60), a compression mechanism (2) so disposed in the closed container (1) as to be located at a position higher than an oil level (60p), a shaft (5) for connecting the compression mechanism (2) to the expansion mechanism (4), and an oil flow suppressing member (50) so disposed around the expansion mechanism (4) that the inner storage space (55a) to be filled with the oil (60) can be formed between the member (50) and the expansion mechanism (4). Thereby, the flow of the oil into the inner storage space (55a) is suppressed, and thus, heat transfer from the high temperature oil to the low temperature expansion mechanism can be reduced.
