<p>A pigment dispersion composition for color filters is provided to ensure high pigment dispersibility and high dispersion stability by using polymers capable of imparting good dispersibility and dispersion stability to pigments. A pigment dispersion composition for color filters includes a pigment in an organic solvent, and a polymer having a structural unit represented by the following formula (1) as a pigment dispersant. In the formula 1, R^1 represents hydrogen or a methyl group, R^2 represents an alkylene group, and Z represents a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic structure. A photocurable composition for color filters comprises the pigment dispersion composition, a photo-polymerizable compound, and a photopolymerization initiator.</p> |
