A data card assembly manufacturing method is provided to prevent a data card from being exposed by putting the data card in a packing material and to activate the data card without exposing a card number by printing an identification mark related to the card number, on the packing material. A data card assembly manufacturing method comprises the steps of: producing/buying a data card(60) having a special number(65) related to a specific data card account; packing the data card with showing the special number; generating activation information; recognizing the special number of the data card; recording the activation information on a packing material; and connecting the activation information recorded on the packing material, with the special number. The special number includes a serial number, letters, signs, or unique ID(Identification) codes. |
