An accessory having an afterimage effect is provided to display various afterimages by rotating a housing by 360 degrees. A control device(20) is embedded in a housing(10). Plural LEDs(Light Emitting Diodes)(30) are arranged in the control device. A concave groove is formed at one side of the housing. Both side bumps of an axis-mounting member are mated with mounting holes of the housing, such that the axis-mounting member is arranged on the concave groove. The axis-mounting member(40) is rotated with respect to the housing around the side bumps. A bar-like material(50) is inserted into an axis hole of the axis-mounting member, such that the axis-mounting member is rotatably mounted on the bar-like material. A battery is embedded in the housing. A sensor(60) detects a rotation of the housing around the bar-like material.
