METHOD FOR MOLDING OUTER PART OF VEHICLE

A method for molding an exterior of a vehicle is provided to prevent generation of bubbles or recess due to foaming process by forming a hardened outermost layer which protects a foamed layer, thereby achieving sound and thermal insulation of the molded exterior. A method for molding an exterior of a vehicle comprises the steps of: mixing and melting foaming agent and thermoplastic resin(S10); injecting and filling the thermoplastic resin in a melted state into a space between a male mold and a female mold(S20); forming an outermost layer of the thermoplastic resin with cooled and hardened edges of the thermoplastic resin(S30); forming a foamed layer within the outermost layer and processing final hardening of the foamed layer(S40); and separating the thermoplastic resin having the outermost layer and foamed layer from the molds(S50).
