An EMR(Electro and Magnetro Rheological) tire for improving durability is provided to prevent an accident caused by rapid decrease of air by filling with semiconductor particles, magnetic particles and antioxidant inside an EMT(Electromagnetic Tire) and by supplying high voltage when a tire is flat. An EMR tire for improving durability comprises: an outer cover made of polyurethane rubber, a semiconductor particle performing neutral movement inside the outer cover in the case of unloading, a magnetic particle performing neutral movement inside the outer cover, insulation oil in which the semiconductor particles and the magnetic particles are dispersed, a power supply generating and varying voltages, and a rim electrode and an outer cover electrode, which receive the voltages from the power supply for generating the electromagnetic field inside the outer cover.
