PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning adaptor which can be applied to a plurality of kinds of endoscopes, enables a cleaning liquid supply means made of a tube etc. for feeding liquid to be easily attached to and detached from the cleaning adaptor, and allows for smooth and efficient cleaning of an endoscope soaked in a cleaning tub. SOLUTION: A cleaning adaptor unit 50 is composed of the two cleaning adaptors 60 and 70, and a connection member 80. Connection pipes 64 and 74 are communicated with valve chambers 63 and 73 formed between valve sleeves 61 and 71 and valve main bodies 62 and 72 having first selective communication paths 65 and 75 and second selective communication paths 66 and 76 opened at both of the ends thereof, respectively. The tube for feeding the liquid is connected to the connection pipes 64 and 74 in an attachable and detachable manner. The valve sleeves 61 and 71 are put through the through holes 80a and 80b of the connection member 80, and held rotatably between flange parts 61b and 71b and stopper rings 69 and 79.
