<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive for beer, which can be added to the beer after the factory shipment, in order to obtain the favorite bitter taste for consumer. <P>SOLUTION: The beer additive is given to the beer after the factory shipment and includes isohumulons extracted from hop for supplying the bitter taste of the beer. The additive is prepared by suspending hop in an alcohol and filtering the supernatant.
