<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink-jet ink for a color filter, which is excellent in discharge stability so as to be able to form a pixel having excellent flatness and suppressed from a white void and a spotty color. <P>SOLUTION: The ink-jet ink for the color filter contains a colorant and an organic solvent at the least and is used for forming a colored area in a concave part of a base material divided by partition walls, wherein the contact angle is ≤30° when a plasma-treated glass substrate is used as the base material and the viscosity (at 25°C) of the ink remainder, which is obtained by drying the ink-jet ink having ≤1 mm thickness under the conditions of 5 mmHg (0.67 kPa) and 45°C for 8 hours, is 40-4,000 mPa-s. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
