<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose ester film that can be produced on a low equipment cost, that is hard to cause defects in the roll inside, and that has sufficient transparency and is good in the surface condition. <P>SOLUTION: A cellulose ester having a specifically ranged degree of substitution and containing 0.05-2 mass% of a phenol type or phosphorous acid type stabilizer is molten at 180-240°C and extruded from a die to be formed into a film, and the ends of the obtained film are slit and subjected to a knurling processing. This gives the cellulose ester film concerned having a film thickness of 20-300 μm, a film thickness deviation of 0.01-2.0 μm in an arbitrary width direction, a creaking value of 0.4-1.4, a knurling height in the longitudinal direction of 1-20 μm, an average knurling height of 5-15 μm, and a deviation of the knurling height of 1-10 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
