<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact step-up transformer, wherein the leakage inductance is set to a desired value by changing the distance between a primary coil and a secondary coil which are wound around a ferrite core. <P>SOLUTION: The step-up transformer comprises an I-shaped ferrite core 3 and a U-shaped ferrite core 4; and a bobbin 1, which comprises a square cylindrical winder, a plurality of flanges 13-16 formed in the winder, and terminals 17 and 18 formed below the flanges 13 and 16 on both sides out of the flanges 13-16. In the bobbin 1, there is a portion 19 which is not wound to the coils. The primary coil 21 and the secondary coil 22 are wound around both sides of the portion 19; and then, the I-shaped ferrite core 3 is inserted into the bobbin 1, and the U-shaped ferrite core 4 is jointed to both sides of the I-shaped ferrite core 3, which is projected from both ends of the bobbin 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
