PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize official and personal separation charge of call charge rate (call back conversation relay transmission), by using a phone-book of a cellular phone for NTT DoCoMo. SOLUTION: A telephone number of opposite party is informed to the program by using a "phone-book quotation" function in a cellular phone. Then, the main apparatus is informed of the telephone number of opposite party by DTMF tone using cti command of i-mode(R), so that official and personal separation charge is realized (this apparatus takes charge of call charge rate by call back relay transmission function).
