PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cast product to be arranged on a flow passage where fluid relating to an internal combustion engine flows, offering effective technology for improving the durability of a metal material. SOLUTION: In a fuel pump of the present invention, a treated surface 12a on the upper face side of a pump body 12 as an aluminum cast member is formed by giving further anode oxidizing treatment to a plastic fluidized bed which is formed by giving friction fluidizing treatment to the surface of a base material.
