PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake resistant strike, surely deformable, while blocking up both side openings of a locking plate part deformably raised in level. SOLUTION: This earthquake resistant strike 100 can be deformed in the direction for making the locking plate part 21 approach a rail by external force, by raising the level of the locking plate part 21 bored with a locking hole 49 for intruding a dead bolt so as to float from the rail of a door frame; and has a strike body 21 having the locking plate part 51 in a central part and integrally formed of a sheet metal material, by continuously arranging an inclined abutting piece part 53 supporting the locking plate part 51 in a level raising position on both ends in the longitudinal direction of this locking plate part 51, and a pair of blocking-up members 23a and 23b composed of a resin material having at least one formed of an inclined face 57 lowering to the rail from the locking plate part 51, by blocking up an opening space on both lone edge sides of the locking plate part fixed to the strike body 21 and formed by raising the level of the locking plate part 51.
