PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method and construction apparatus for placing concrete when the concrete placing site is either in the place where it is hard to carry concrete by a concrete carrying device or in the place where it is too small to install a concrete milk producing plant nearby. SOLUTION: A sediment material containing boulders and gravel is collected at the site where a concrete structure or a ground reinforcement is constructed and furthermore from the collected sediment material the sediment material of a predetermined grain size or under is selectively collected. The selectively collected sediment material is added and charged into a mixed-material formation tank provided at the construction site. Furthermore a cement or a cement milk and water are charged for mixing, kneading and stirring, so that the generated mixed material containing the sediment material of the predetermined grain size or under is delivered by a sending-out member to the mixed-material placing site far from the mixed-material formation tank and also locating at the place where it is impossible to be transported by means of a carrying device.
