PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display driver which drives source lines and counter electrodes while surely reducing electric power consumption with simple configuration, and also to provide an electrooptical device, and an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The display driver for driving the electrooptical device includes: a counter electrode voltage creation circuit which creates the counter electrode voltage to be applied to the counter electrode opposing to the pixel electrode of the electrooptical device; and a switch for accumulating counter electrode charges provided between a first capacitive element connection node to which one end of a first capacitive element is connected, and a counter electrode voltage output node to which the counter electrode voltage is supplied via an electrooptical substance. At the time of changing the counter electrode voltage, the counter electrode voltage output node and the first capacitive element connection node are once electrically connected by the switch for accumlating counter electrode charges and thereafter, the counter electrode voltage is supplied to the counter electrode voltage output node.
