VISUALIZATION OF CELL WITH POLYMER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a new bioprobe element sensing a cell in high sensitivity. SOLUTION: A fluorescent polymer exhibiting fluorescent characteristics and having signal amplifying action is used as a biosensor probe smoothly introducible into a living cell and generating fluorescent light by combining with a bio-friendly polysaccharide. The polysaccharide is preferably aβ-1,3-glucan (e.g. schizophyllan). COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
