The machine is modularly designed. The modules are divided into base frame, electro module, hydraulic module and dosing- and mixing module. The cartridge is filled air-free from the discharge side and is tightly pressed on conical discharge nozzles of dynamic mixers by quick-release fasteners. The mixing and dosing machine for automatic extraction of two components of adhesive or sealant from 20 litre containers (1, 2) and subsequently mixing and filling in 310 or 440 ml cartridges, comprises an equipment adapted for flexible construction and pistons inserted into the cartridges. The machine is modularly designed. The modules are divided into base frame, electro module, hydraulic module and dosing- and mixing module. The cartridge is filled air-free from the discharge side and is tightly pressed on conical discharge nozzles of dynamic mixers by quick-release fasteners. The pistons are displaced backward by the discharge pressure of the mixed adhesive or sealant without inclusion of air. The mixing ratio of the components, base and catalyst is determined by the ratio of the interior cross-section of dosing cylinder (12). Each filling station consists of supply lines for the catalyst and the base, and discharge pipes for the catalyst and the base. The supply lines allow the material flow in only one direction through a flow controller or positively controlled valve. The discharge pipes lead into a collector (8), which has driving components, angular gears and a reception for the dynamic mixer. The containers are pressed by pneumatic cylinders during the extraction over plate (13, 14) tightly closing in the container with material. The plate creates excess pressure in the container and material flow due to the suction support of the dosage unit. The dosage of the individual component, the base and the catalyst is carried out through the filling station of two parallelly running cylinders that are driven by a hydraulic cylinder (5).</p>
