A CpG oligodeoxynucleotide is provided to induce the immune reaction effective for preventing or treating skin diseases, thereby being usefully used as an agent for treating or preventing skin diseases. A CpG oligodeoxynucleotide for immune reaction adjuvant or immune diseases treatment is represented by the formula 1 of SYYSSACGTTGSCGAWMYTC or the formula 2 of AXSSWXTCGXWXCGTTCGSC, wherein S is G or C, Y is C or T, W is A or T, M is A or C, and X is A or G. A pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing skin immune diseases such as atopic dermatitis, allergy, viral skin diseases or skin cancer comprises the oligodeoxynucleotide. The composition further comprises at least one immunity supplemental agent selected from the group consisting of INF-gamma, IL-12, cyclosporine, FK506(Tacrolimus) and TP-5(Thymopoietin pentapeptide). |
