A conveyor for high temperature equipment is provided to improve a heat treatment of a processed product by installing a belt through which air passes. A conveyor(105) for high temperature equipment comprises a belt(106). The belt passes through a tunnel(103), in which a processed product(10) is heated. The tunnel is operated by a pulley. The belt includes stainless steel material, and has a surface coating layer including fluorocarbon resin. The belt has a plate shape, and includes a plurality of communicating holes(109), through which air surrounding the processed product passes. The belt has a mesh structure, through which the air flows in upward and downward directions. The conveyor transfers the processed product between a jet nozzle(141) and an infrared ray heater(150).
