<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate part of a steam flow line with a liquid leak preventing part comprising an internal pressure buildup preventing structure as well as a seal structure. <P>SOLUTION: This humidifier comprises an inner container 4 storing liquid; a heating means for heating the liquid stored in the inner container 4 to generate steam; and a cover body 2 formed with the steam flow line for jetting the generated steam to a steam passage 20 through a steam jet nozzle 22 to flow and then leading the steam to the outside. The liquid leak preventing part 11 is formed at the intermediate part of the steam flow line before reaching the steam jet nozzle 22. The liquid leak preventing part 11 comprises the internal pressure buildup preventing structure opened when the pressure in the inner container 4 becomes a predetermined value or more to allow internal air to flow out to the outside, and the seal structure for preventing the steam from flowing out of parts other than the steam jet nozzle and the internal pressure buildup preventing structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
