<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink in which a wick is surely connected even when a three-dimensional structure is obtained by connecting a plurality of heat pipes, and which is capable of highly maintaining cooling performance even under top heat. <P>SOLUTION: The heat sink has a plurality of heat pipes connected in three dimensions and heat radiating fins attached to the heat pipes. The ends of the first and second wicks 12A, 12B in the connector of the first and second heat pipes has comb-teeth units 12A1, 12B1 formed so as to be recesses and projections of comb-teeth type, while the first and second wicks are connected mutually by the engagement of the comb-teeth units mutually. The comb-teeth unit 12B1 of the second wick is abutted against the opposite side first wick 12A while crossing the inside of the first heat pipe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
