PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor material high in carrier mobility and in solubility, and stable against oxygen in air with suppressed temporal deterioration, and further to provide an organic semiconductor film, an organic semiconductor device, and an organic thin film transistor which employs the organic semiconductor material and can be adjusted by a simple process with high production efficiency. SOLUTION: The organic semiconductor material containing a compound having a partial structure and represented by a general formula (1) is constituted.
