PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcomputer gas meter that facilitates attachment and detachment of a terminal board cover and that can reduce the cost. SOLUTION: The terminal board box 23 that has an opening 25 whose front surface opens and a printing board, a terminal board, or the like on its rear surface is disposed integrally in a controller case 21; a guide section 28 and engaging section 29 are disposed on both side parts of the upper edge of the terminal board box 23, and a single attachment screw hole 31 is disposed at the lower edge; a guide surface 36 guided to the guide section 28 of the terminal board box 23 and an engaging claw section 37, engaged with the engaging section 29 are disposed on both side parts of the upper edge of the terminal board cover 32; and a single attaching screw 40 to be screwed into the attaching screw hole 31 is disposed at the lower edge. In the engaged state of the engaging claw section 37 with the engaging section 29, while the guide surface 36 of the terminal board cover 32 is guided to the guide section 28 of the terminal board box 23, the attaching screw 40 is fastened to the attachment screw hole 31.
