A vibrating rod of a vibrator for concrete placement and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the malfunction of a BLDC motor by installing a controller adjacent to the BLDC motor and molding with epoxy to emit heat of the controller to the outside quickly. A vibrating rod of a vibrator for placing concrete comprises a pipe-shaped body(32) divided into an upper housing(32a) and a lower housing(32b), a tap(34) coupled to the upper housing to protect a power supply cable(33a) and supported by an end projection, a shoe(35) coupled to the lower housing, a closing plate(37) installed to the lower part of the upper housing to close up an opening, a controller(39) located on the closing plate to control the operation of a BLDC motor(38), a tube(40) located on one side of the controller to penetrate a power supply cable(33b) supplying power to a stator(38a) of the BLDC motor and unified with the controller by epoxy, epoxy(41) filled in the upper housing to make the soldered part of the power supply cables exposed to the outside and fixed to the controller molded in the upper housing, a bearing housing(43) supporting an upper bearing(42) and having a cutting part to penetrate the power supply cable, an integral shaft(44) fitted to the upper bearing and fixed with a rotator(38b) of the BLDC motor, and a vibrator(47) fixed between an intermediate bearing(45) and a lower bearing(46) fixed to the middle and the lower part of the shaft to set up a vibration.
