<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump capable of being quickly started even when an impeller is frozen and locked. <P>SOLUTION: The pump comprises a motor consisting of a driving coil 3 and a rotor 4, and the impeller 5 for sucking/discharging fluid by rotating the motor.
