<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment dispersion having a low viscosity and excellent in fluidity even at a high organic pigment concentration, a colored resin composition containing it, and a pigment dispersant. <P>SOLUTION: This pigment dispersion contains an organic pigment (A), an organic solvent (B), and a graft polymer (C), and the graft polymer (C) has a following main chain and a branched chain. The main chain contains a structural unit (a) derived from N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone and a structural unit (b) derived from a monomer containing a hydroxyl group, and content of the structural unit (a) is 2-30 wt.% and the content of the structural unit (b) is 5-30 wt.% in the graft polymer (C). The branched chain contains a structural unit (c) having a number average molecular weight of 800-4,000 and derived from an alkyl (meth)acrylate macromer, and content of the structural unit (c) in the graft polymer (C) is 65-92 wt.%.
