<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generator of a particulate matter, and a capturing device. <P>SOLUTION: The devices generates and capture a particulate matter, derived from the combustion of fuel containing liquid carbon in oxidizing gas. The generator and capturing device have a nozzle and a combustion burner, where the nozzle is stored in a vessel. The vessel has a gas inlet and a gas outlet. The gas outlet is connected to a conduit for carrying gas to the air, and the conduit has a means for allowing the gas to make the air forcedly flow, from the gas inlet via the vessel and the conduit. The conduit has a place, arranged to collect the particulate matter from the gas flowing through the conduit. The means for allowing gas to flow forcedly is controlled, in response to the flow rate of gas detected at the gas inlet, and surely maintains the flow rate of gas at the gas inlet, at a desired flow rate, thus accelerating the formation of the particulate matter. A method is also disclosed, which captures the particulate matter, derived from the combustion of the fuel containing liquid carbon. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
