CHIMERA TPO RECEPTOR-INTRODUCED KNOCK-IN NON-HUMAN MAMMAL HAVING MEMBRANE PENETRATED SITE OF HUMAN TPO RECEPTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-human mammal which can evaluate the medicinal efficacy of a test substance not reacting with a non-human mammal TPO receptor and specifically reacting with a human TPO receptor. SOLUTION: A construct produced by replacing a membrane-penetrated site of the non-human mammal TPO receptor by a membrane-penetrated site of a human TPO receptor or its one portion is used to produce a knock-in non-human mammal.
