PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet container capable of airtightly storing tablets and surely taking out a desired number of the tablets. SOLUTION: The tablet container includes a container body for storing the tablets, a lid airtightly assembled to the outer periphery of the neck of the container body via a seal material, and an outlet attached inside the neck. The outlet is composed of an attachment plate assembled inside the neck and a rotating plate rotatably provided on the attachment plate. The rotating plate includes a holding part for holding the tablets on at least one of its front and rear faces. The rotating plate is attached to the attachment plate to constitute the tablet container so that the holding part moves from the lower surface to the upper surface of the attachment plate and the tablets held on the holding part in the container body are carried out of the hole by making the rotating direction of the rotating plate intersect with an outlet hole formed at the attachment plate approximately at a right angle with respect to the attachment plate and rotating the rotating plate.
