<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which modifies the surface of a polymer molded object while keeping its geometry precision as specified, in a surface modifying method of the polymer molded object, calling for configuration precision, which is injection-molded, using a high-pressure carbon dioxide such as supercritical carbon dioxide. <P>SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the polymer molded object with a functional material which is unevenly distributed on the surface, forms the polymer molded object by injection molding, using an amorphous thermoplastic resin containing 20 to 40% inorganic component. After this procedure, the high-pressure carbon dioxide in which the functional material is dissolved, is brought into contact with the polymer molded object inside a high-pressure container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
