<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a conductive film capable of substantially obviating the need to heat a coating film, and of providing a conductive film exhibiting conductivity equal to or higher than that of thermoset polymer type conductive ink. <P>SOLUTION: By irradiating a coating film formed of conductive ink containing an active energy ray-reducing silver compound and an active energy ray-curing compound with an active energy ray, the active energy ray-reducing silver compound is reduced to silver to develop conductivity of the coating film, and the active energy ray-curing compound is cured, to provide a cured coating film having conductivity. High conductivity can be developed by the reduction of the active energy ray-reduced silver compound in the conductive ink, and the coating film can be cured without heating it at the same time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
